KSDK -- The Major Case Squad of the Greater St. Louis Area, along with the Warren County Sheriff's Department and Wright City Police Department, announced Tuesday that an arrest was made in a double shooting on July 13 that left one man dead.
Sgt. Julie Scerine, a spokesperson for the Missouri State Highway Patrol, said authorities arrested Leon Lamor Steward and charged him with first-degree murder, second-degree assault, and two counts of armed criminal action, for the murder of 22-year-old Jonathan C. Reid and the shooting of 59-year-old Sharon Bush.
Steward was taken to the Warren County Jail, where he's being held on a $500,000 bond, Scerine said.
