Stefanina's Pizza & Restaurant

Stained glass windows and a confessional at the front...No, this isn't a beautiful church to visit, but it used to be!

Now rather then passing out penance this place serves up authentic Italian pizza!

This is Stefanina's in Troy, Missouri, a place where making pizza is their passion!

But while you hang out in this smoke-free restaurant, don't forget to plate up some pasta or sample a scrumptious sandwich.

They also have not-so-small salads and homemade meatballs the size of your fist!

"The Post-Dispatch said that we were well worth the drive so even though we are in Troy, MO I promise it will be worth it coming out here" says Cami Breen.

Cami Breen is one part of this family owned business that she helps to run with mom-Linda, dad-Dan and sisters Cori and Cara.

While you are enjoying all sorts of Italian food favorites inside this former Catholic Church, you can enjoy the family décor on the walls including pictures of the woman this place honors every day, Mrs. Stefanina.

"Stephanina is my grandma she came over from Italy when she was 14" Cami says.

Above the bar you'll find a mural of the place in Italy where Stefanina was baptized.

"We had a picture of it, really just in memorial of here" Cami tells us.

Downstairs you'll find a banquet room perfect for parties and group meetings

"We have 2 banquet rooms downstairs our biggest one will seat up to 100 people" Cami says.

There's even an outside patio, a good spot to enjoy their prime rib special that happens on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, while it lasts.

"It's a 12oz. Charbroiled prime rib your choice of side and salad it's $14.99, really good" Cami says.

They also offer complimentary coffee, something to sip while enjoying time with your family and in the company of Stefanina's.
