KSDK -- If you're trying to get rid of your old appliances, but feel bad sending them into a landfill, here's your chance to help save the environment.
Jefferson College's Go Green Committee and Midwest Recycling Center are hosting an Electronics and Appliance Recycling Day on April 15 from noon to 6:00 p.m. It's free. Many times it can cost money to recycle appliances.
It will be held in the Jefferson College - Hillsboro Campus Red Parking Lot between the Field House and the Childcare Center.
