
KSDK -- It has been one year since an earthquake gave St. Louisans an unexpected wake up call.
On Friday, April 18 2008, a quake registering 5.2 on the Richter Scale rumbled at 4:37 a.m. Aftershocks followed for days. The epicenter was near West Salem, Illinois.
There was no significant damage in our area, nor was anyone injured.
