KSDK -- A principal and vice principal of an O'Fallon, Missouri school kept their promise and ditched their shoes for roller skates.
Immaculate Conception Dardenne Principal Janet Eaton and Vice Principal Jonathan Bachelor were on roller skates at school Tuesday because students exceeded their goal of earning 70,000 accelerated reader points.
The program tests the students on books they have read through the year and awards points for correctly answered questions.
Vice Principal Bachelor doesn't know how to skate, so he used a walker to help him navigate the halls.
