
KSDK -- Six Franklin County, Illinois residents face charges in connection to manufacturing and distributing methamphetamine.
U.S. Attorney A. Courtney Cox said a federal grand jury indicted: Scott Pond and James Morris, both of West Frankfort; Terry Parkhill, of Thompsonville; and Vickie Burnett, Shawn Jeter and Stacy Wiggins, all of Benton.
The alleged crimes happened between August 2008 and February 2009 in Benton and West Frankfort, Illinois.
The offense carries a minimum penalty of 10 years imprisonment and a maximum sentence of life imprisonment, a fine of up to $4,000,000 and a term of at least five years supervised release.
