KSDK -- A federal grand jury indicted a Franklin County man for a fire that destroyed a restaurant in Leslie, Missouri.
Acting U.S. Attorney Michael Reap said 31-year-old Jason Stahlman, of Gerald, is charged with arson for the fire at Leslie Depot Bar and Restaurant on August 31, 2008.
If Stahlman is convicted, he faces five to 20 years in prison and, or fines up to $250,000.
