Cedar Hill man charged with critically injuring son

KSDK -- Jefferson County prosecutors have filed charges against a Cedar Hill man accused of critically injuring his six-week-old boy.

Prosecutors charged Cody Crosby with one count of assault and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, according to Jefferson County Sheriff Oliver "Glenn" Boyer.

Investigators said Crosby physically assaulted the boy and did not seek medical care for him.

Crosby is jailed on a $250,0000 bond.
