LEBANON, Mo. (AP) -- A southwest Missouri man faces a murder charge after his ex-girlfriend's new boyfriend and her father and stepmother were shot and killed.

Laclede County Jailer Tracy Lawson said Sunday that Josh Reyes,23, of Springfield is being held without bond.

He was charged Saturday with the first-degree murder, armed criminal action and first-degree burglary in the death of Zachary Bryan Porter, 25, of Elkland.

Lawson said he didn't know whether Reyes had an attorney.

Springfield broadcaster KSPR reported that Reyes's ex-girlfriend and their two children watched as Porter was gunned down at a Lebanon apartment. He was pronounced dead early Saturday at a hospital.

Shortly afterward, Jeffery L. Smith, 51, and his wife, Glenda Smith, 48, were found dead at their Laclede County home.
