Moberly man pleads guilty to child porn charges

KSDK -- A 40-year-old Moberly, Missouri man pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography Thursday, Acting US Attorney Michael W. Reap said.

According to court documents, Bradley D. Elliott pleaded guilty to two felony counts of possession of child porn. He was in possession of more than 600 images of the illicit material, images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, in September 2007.

Some of the images, which Elliott said he downloaded from the Internet, feature minors under the age of 12.

Elliott faces up to 10 years in prison and/or fines up to $250,000, for each count, when he's sentenced on January 22, 2010.
