KSDK -- Crews are on the scene of a fire in St. Charles County.
The fire started earlier this evening in a garage at the Michael Court Apartments. Investigators are not sure how the fire started but several people reported hearing an explosion. One apartment in the three story building has extensive damage. No one was injured. The Red Cross is providing shelter for the family displaced by the fire.
