
KSDK -- The St. Clair County State Attorney's office has charged a 15-year-old boy in connection with a Halloween murder.
According to Lieutenant James Morrisey, a spokesman for the Illinois State Police, Rashaud A. Wilson was gunned down in the 1700 block of North 45th Street in East St. Louis.
The suspect was taken into custody early Sunday morning and charged with one count of first-degree murder. He remains in the St. Clair County Juvenile Detention Center on $1 million bond.
