KSDK -- Two men and two women from Pike and Lincoln counties have pleaded guilty to methamphetamine conspiracy charges, Acting US Attorney Michael Reap said Monday.
According to court documents, 23-year-old Holly Heck pled guilty November 6 to one felony count of conspiracy to possess pseudoephedrine knowing that it would be used to make methamphetamine. Three other suspects--33-year-old Orlando A. Grimmett, 24-year-old Brandon C. Smith and 21-year-old Samantha Heck--pleaded guilty to the same charge earlier last week.
All four defendants are from Bowling Green, Missouri.
A fifth person, 20-year-old Rachel Nichol Burns of Troy, Missouri, faces the same charges and has not yet been to court.
Each defendant faces up to 20 years in prison and fines up to $250,000. Holly Heck will be sentenced on February 2, 2010. Everyone else are being sentenced on January 29, 2010.
