KSDK -- Remember that song by Cher song "Do You Believe in Life After Love" and that she sounded kind of like a robot?

Well, that was thanks to an often-abused technology called Auto Tune. In the video to the right, Weird Al Yankovic helps the folks at Rocket Boom explain how singers who can't hit their notes simply use Auto Tune to hide it.. even some people who can't sing at all.

There's even an iPhone app that lets you sing and talk with an Auto Tune effect.
