
KSDK -- A 49-year-old St. John man admitted to producing child pornography in federal court Thursday, Acting US Attorney Michael W. Reap said.
According to court documents, Randall L. Replogle pleaded guilty to one felony count of production of child pornography. He admitted to videotaping a 12-year-old girl engaging in sexually explicit activity in November 2005.
Production of child pornography carries a potential prison term between 15 and 30 years and/or fines up to $250,000.
Replogle will be sentenced on February 12, 2010.
