KSDK -- A jury found a Dellwood man guilty of robbing and shooting a young Florissant girl as she walked home with a friend.
Carlos Jackson, 20, was convicted on robbery, assault and armed criminal action charges.
Investigators said Carlee Garofolo, 15, was walking with her friend along New Florissant Road when Jackson and several accomplices approached the girls and robbed them. During a struggle over a purse, a shot was fired and hit Garofolo in the chest.
