KSDK -- St. Louis Rams quarterback Marc Bulger will miss three to six weeks with a leg injury he sustained in Sunday's loss to the Arizona Cardinals.

Team doctors said Bulger suffered a tibial plateau fracture in his left leg.

Backup Kyle Boller will start for the Rams this Sunday at the Edward Jones Dome against the Seattle Seahawks. Boller played three games this year for the Rams, throwing for 481 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions on 49 of 86 passing completions.

Bulger underwent an MRI exam on his groin and hamstring Monday and was due for a second MRI on a swollen knee and took a concussion test as well.

Information from the Associated Press was used in this report.
