Apply today for 1,200 positions at River City Casino

KSDK -- Pinnacle Entertainment hopes to hire 1,200 people for its new River City casino in South County which is scheduled to open next spring.

People can fill out applications at the River City Employment Center at 8643 S. Broadway in St. Louis from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday or online at  http://workatrivercity.com. This is the first day the jobs were open, but people can continue to apply for them over the next few weeks.

Director of Recruitment Cyrus Sheraft said the positions range from entry level to managment.  According to the web site, some of the current openings include: slot tech manager, slot technician, application specialist, information technology director, slot lead tech, slot shift manager, slot tech manager, and warehouse manager.

Sheraft said 25 to 30 were people waiting in line when the doors at the employment center opened this morning.
