KSDK -- Ballroom dancing dates all the way back to the 16th century.
Over the years, its popularity has come and gone and now, it's back again.
St. Louis is home to one of the top dance studios in the country, Simply Ballroom.
As NewsChannel 5's Heidi Glaus learned when she tried ballroom dancing, its no easy task, but you can learn a lot important life lessons about responsibility, communications and relationships.
