Party in the streets: St. Louis Mardi Gras celebration

KSDK--The beads were flying in St. Louis' Soulard neighborhood on Saturday.

The annual Mardi Gras celebration kicked off at 11:00 a.m. with the Grand Parade. The parade started at Busch Stadium and ended at the AB InBev Brewery. This year's theme: "Famous Couples."

The event is expected to draw tens of thousands despite cold
temperatures.

Police watched the party closely, arresting 28 people for underage drinking.
