BONNE TERRE, Mo. (AP) - More than four months after Jacque Waller disappeared without a trace, her parents have accepted the fact she's probably dead. And they remain confident the man they suspect did it will be charged with murder.
Waller, a 39-year-old mother of 6-year-old triplets from Cape Girardeau, Mo., went missing June 1. Authorities acknowledge her estranged husband, Clay, is a suspect in the disappearance.
Charging someone with murder is difficult without a body, but not impossible. Jacque Waller's parents, Stan and Ruby Rawson, say they're not frustrated by the pace of the investigation and fully support police and prosecutors.
The triplets are living with Jacque's sister. Stan Rawson says it's heartbreaking to hear them talk about missing their mother.
