St. Peters, Mo (KSDK) -- In our latest installment of Take This Job, Today in St. Louis anchor Pat McGonigle got a crash course in emptying a grease trap at a First Watch restaurant in St. Peters.
Lisa Highfill with Commercial Pumping Services challenged Pat to empty a 1,500 gallon underground tank of grease and water.
The stench is considerable and you can't do a job like this without getting a bit of grease on your body.
It was messy and foul-smelling to be sure, but we're not done!
We are still looking for the dirtiest, grimiest and most harrowing occupations in the bi-state area.
