St. Charles County, MO (KSDK) - The Missouri Department of Transportation has postponed scheduled resurfacing work on Route 79 in St. Charles County due to rain forecasts.
According to Jack Wang, a MoDOT spokesman, the work has been rescheduled to begin Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. On Thursday and Saturday, crews will work 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
The MoDOT work zone extends from the Lincoln County line to Interstate 70 and includes resurfacing on the westbound I-70 exit ramp to northbound Route 79, as well as the outer roads and all connecting to ramps along Route 79.
