St. Charles County, MO (KSDK) - A rollover accident has closed two lanes of eastbound Route 370 in St. Charles County.
The accident has closed the lanes near Elm, and a spokesperson with the Missouri Highway Patrol says there is at least one life-threatening accident.
The cause of the accident has not been determined.
