St. Louis (KSDK) - You may think you're the only one awake in the middle of the night, standing in front of the fridge.
But there's a name for what you're doing: it's called Night Eating Syndrome (NES).
Some local doctors are looking for volunteers so they can study it.
Dr. Jillon Vander Wal is the director of the Eating and Weight Studies Lab at St. Louis University's Department of Psychology. She joined us live on First @ 4 to talk about NES and the study.
