The moment happened during a Sunday night benefit for the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center in Baltimore.
Journey guitarist Neal Schon, 58, was on stage, playing, when he surprised the audience by getting down on one knee and proposing - on stage - to Michaele Salahi.
She accepted, and the couple cried and kissed, reports The Baltimore Sun.
Salahi, who rose to fame by crashing the White House with former husband Tareq Salahi, tells The Sun that her relationship with Schon "is like a lifetime dream. It's a really real thing."
She aslo shared that for her 47th birthday this month, Schon surprised her with a Porsche Cayenne in white - her signature color. There was also jewelry, clothes and flowers. "Neal really spoiled me," she told The Sun. "I'm a lucky girl."
