St. Louis (KSDK) -- A 34-year-old man is charged with killing a woman who was found dead in a trash bin.
St. Louis Police said the Circuit Attorney's Office charged Keith Miller with first-degree murder for the death of Ashley Moorhead.
The medical examiner determined Moorhead was strangled. Her body was found on October 12 in a trash bin in the 3500 block of California Avenue.
