Randolph County, IL (KSDK) - A judge ruled Monday the bodies of Sheri Coleman and her two sons can be moved from a cemetery in southern Illinois.
Judge Richard brown ruled that Sheri Coleman's families can move the bodies from their graves and take them to the Chicago area.
Sheri, along with her sons Garett and Gavin, were buried in May 2009 after husband and father Christopher Coleman had the authority to make decisions. Two weeks later he was charged with the murders and later convicted.
His family does not want the bodies moved.
It is not clear if they will appeal the decision.
