Edwardsville, IL (KSDK) - A new, $5.4 million facility was dedicated Thursday on the campus of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.

Lukas Athletics Annex was dedicated during a ceremony consisting of University Relations board members, administrators, faculty, staff, and student-athletes.

The Charles S. and Mary L. Lukas Estate donated $4.2 million for the facility, which is connected to the Vadalabene Center.

The building is more than 29,000 square feet for programming and office space.
