COLUMBIA, Ill. (KSDK) - The Columbia Police Department is investigating a bank robbery that occurred Monday.
Police say the suspect entered the Commerce Bank in the 900 block of Columbia Centre just after 1 p.m. and handed the teller a note saying she had a gun and wanted money.
The teller complied and the suspect left with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect was in the bank for just over a minute and a half. Nobody was injured.
