(KSDK Sports) -- Here's a sign spring can't be too far off.  Cardinals pitchers and catchers report to Spring Training Monday in Jupiter, Florida.  Workouts officially begin on Tuesday. Position players will report on Thursday and full squad workouts will get underway on Friday.

But for us in the media, Sunday was reporting day and our workouts officially begin Monday morning at 6 a.m. on Today in St. Louis on NewsChannel 5.  Sports Director Rene Knott, Photojournalist Tom Stasiak and Executive Producer Jordan Palmer are with the Redbirds and tonight they gives us a hint of what we can expect this season.
