The Go! St. Louis Marathon and Family Fitness Weekend is coming up... And while you train you need to be sure to eat well.
That's why The Missouri Beef Council is involved with Team Beef!

2. Pick up 93% lean ground beef
3. create weekly meal plans
4. Use a cockpot to cook dinners ahead on busy days
5. Get creative with leftovers
6. Carry beef jerky for an energy boost.
