LINCOLN COUNTY, Mo. (KSDK) - One of the areas hardest hit by Thursday's snow and ice storm is Troy, Missouri.
The Missouri Department of Transportation has cleared most of the highways and interstates, but the side streets and neighborhoods are still slippery.
Troy received six or seven inches of snow, and it is still piled up.
NewsChannel 5 tested the brakes when coming to a stop in a neighborhood, and it is very slippery. Anyone traveling on side streets or in neighborhoods should use extra caution while driving.
