ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - LockerDome has announced they have completed a $6 million Series A funding round.
Jeff Pomeroy, a spokesperson for the company, says funding was led by Cultivation Capital Growth Fund, which was led by Square co-founder Jim McKelvey.
St. Louis Cardinals President and part-owner William DeWitt III, NHL All-Star Chris Pronger, and a member of the Milwaukee Brewers ownership group also participated in the funding.
Pomeroy says LockerDome has also surpassed 10 million monthly unique visitors, growing by more than 5 million in the last two months.
The website is a sports social media publishing platform that hosts over 1,500 networks of professional athletes, brands, and media personalities.
