Trio of women targeting elderly Crestwood residents

The suspects appear to be healthcare workers, then stealing money and valuables from their victims.

CRESTWOOD, MO. - The City of Crestwood is asking its residents to be on the lookout for a trio of women targeting elderly people.

According to a post on Facebook, the City of Crestwood said two women and a possible juvenile girl were posing as health care workers going door-to-door to elderly residences.

Once inside, two of the suspects go through their belongings, stealing money, valuable items and more.

One of the women is reported as being older with gray hair and missing her front teeth. The other adult woman is said to be Hispanic, around 25 to 30-years-old.

The City of Crestwood urges the community to spread word to any elderly neighbors. If you have any information on the suspects, give the Crestwood Police a call at (314) 729-4800.
