Weather not stopping USPS mail carriers

ST. LOUIS (KSDK) – The U.S. Postal Service will be delivering around the St. Louis region today, despite weather conditions.

According to U.S. Postal Service Gateway District spokeswoman Valerie Welsch said letter carriers will be out where cars are able to get through.

The USPS asks residents to clear a path to their mailboxes so post office cars can reach them.

Welsch said residents should expect deliveries to be slowed or delayed due to the snow and frosty temperatures.
