Wienermobile spotted at giant catsup bottle

COLLINSVILLE, Ill. – Could it be true? Could Oscar Mayer be interested in buying the world's largest catsup bottle?

The enthusiasts of larger-than-life food items recently drove the Wienermobile over to the bottle to check it out.

A spokesperson released this statement, confirming Oscar Mayer's interest:

Oscar Mayer heard that the World's Largest Catsup Bottle was for sale, so we just had to send out the Wienermobile to check it out. With six large hot dogs on wheels traveling across the country all year, we could use a worthy condiment.

Mike Gassmann, the self-proclaimed "Big Tomato" with World's Largest Catsup Bottle, Inc. released this response:

Frankly, it mayo may not happen. I hope they don't leave us in a pickle. But we would relish a benevolent ownership from Oscar Mayer.

The 65-year-old 170-foot bottle is a replica of "Brooks Old Original Rich and Tangy Catsup" and is for sale for $200,000.

The image was also posted to the Wienermobile's Instagram page.
