Lyft goes to court

ST. LOUIS (KSDK) – It's another day in court for Lyft, the company that wants to shake up St. Louis transportation.

Lyft, which uses pink-mustached cars to shuttle passengers, is temporarily banned from doing business in the Gateway City.

The Metro Cab commission says Lyft should be regulated like other taxi services, but Lyft says it only accepts donations for its ride-sharing program and shouldn't be bound by the commission's rules.
