Martial arts instructor accused of sexually assaulting student

O'FALLON, Ill. (KSDK) – A 32-year-old martial arts instructor faces three counts of criminal sexual assault stemming from an alleged relationship with a 15-year-old former student, police say.

Tony Harris of Mascoutah, Ill. is an instructor and owner of Invicta Martial Arts Academy. Police say it's unclear when the alleged relationship began.

Harris is currently being held at the O'Fallon Police Department jail on a $300,000 bond.

Parents of present or former students are encouraged to call the O'Fallon Police Department at 618-624-4545 if they suspect any suspicious behavior between Harris and their child.
