Sauget, IL (KSDK) - One man was airlifted to a St. Louis hospital after a head-on collision with a propane truck.
The accident happened shortly before 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Industrial Park and Route 3 in Sauget, Illinois.
One man was extricated from his vehicle. His condition has not been released.
