Alton, Ill (KSDK) - Alton police are investigating an overnight homicide.
Alton police Lt. Scott Gokie said offiers responded to a 911 call and found a man shot to death in a garage in the 800 block of Brown Street around 2 a.m. Wednesday.
Police have not released the victim's identity or said if the person lived at the home.
Police interviewed several witnesses, but have not taken anyone into custody.
