KSDK -- An Alton, Illinois woman pled guilty to first-degree murder in the death of her 22-year-old stepson.
Jami Renee Anderson, 29, was accused of killing Chase Anderson. Police said she beat the boy and then slammed him into a door frame in March.
Anderson faces up to 50 years in prison.
