Shots fired in Rubber Duck bar fight

WOOD RIVER, Ill. (KSDK) – The man who allegedly fired shots at multiple people a heated fight in the parking lot of the Rubber Duck bar is still on the loose, police say.

Aaron Perry was charged Friday with unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon and reckless discharge of a firearm in the Jan. 25 fight. He is not in custody. A judge has set his bond at $50,000.

Police say the fight erupted shortly after midnight between two patrons in the bar's entrance, before it eventually moved inside. Several people inside were able to break up the fight, but things became heated again when it moved outside, becoming physical.

Perry allegedly went to his car, and came back later with a pistol. He fired a shot in the direction of several of the individuals, striking a nearby vehicle.
