(KSDK) -- St. Louis County Prosecutors said there is not enough evidence to file charges against a teacher at a private school in Ladue.
The teacher has been on unpaid leave from John Burrough's School since late April when allegations surfaced about his involvement with a teenage student.
Police said the relationship occurred over a three year period, while the student was a minor.
Ladue Police said the investigation is closed.
