Tropicana Entertainment buys Lumiere Casino

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (KSDK) – Tropicana Entertainment Inc. has closed a deal to acquire Lumiere Place Casino, HoteLumiere and the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis from Pinnacle Entertainment for $260 million.

Lumiere is the ninth casino in the Las Vegas-based company's portfolio, and second largest after the Tropicana Atlantic City Casino and Resort.

The property will remain under the Lumiere brand, according to a news release.

Lumiere customers who have previously earned points in the current rewards program will be able to join the Trop Advantage program. Tropicana will honor all of the rewards points previously earned by Lumiere customers.
