Lubbock, TX (CNN) -- A Texas mom's revealing business idea could land her in trouble with the law.
Melissa Borrett created a fantasy maid service to make ends meet as a single mom.
This is video of one of her employees.
The women clean homes in skimpy lingerie or when asked...completely nude.
The maid service has been in business for nearly a month.
"We've had college students, business people and paramedics. We actually offer a discount to law enforcement."
Police consider it a sexually oriented business, which requires a permit.
If they continue, Borett could be slapped with a two-thousand dollar fine.
Police say customers won't get in trouble.
Borett says they do not exchange sexual services for money and shouldn't need a permit.
Authorities say if they get a complaint, they will investigate the business.
