(WNBC) -- Two men, upset by the efforts of a WNBC cameraman and reporter to find out about alleged violations at a Wayne, New Jersey jewelry store repeatedly scuffled with the crew in a parking lot Tuesday.
The encounter happened just an hour after the state revealed the results of an undercover sting operation that alleged that 12 of 13 merchants in Wayne, NJ were violating either state or local laws.
