ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KSDK) - A new building is going up in St. Louis County.
The new Events Center at River City Casino is expected to open later this spring and will be a venue for musicians and comedians.
This building is part of the casino's $82 million expansion, which includes a new 200 room hotel and parking garage.
The project is expected to create about 100 new full-time jobs.
