ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - St. Louis' Mardi Gras celebrations kick off Saturday with the 2013 Crystal Cajun Cook-Off.

It's Mardi Gras' premier food event and it's happening at St. Louis City Hall. Mr. Hot Sauce, David Clifford, shared details with NewsChannel 5's Kay Quinn on NewsChannel 5 at noon.

The 2013 Crystal Cajun Cook-Off features 20 amateur and professional chefs and goes from noon until 4 p.m.
