ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - The new One World Trade tower will be open for business in 2014.
It's going up on the site of the World Trade Center, the complex destroyed in the September 11 terror attacks.
The new skyscraper will be the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere.
Kay Quinn spoke to Angelo Arzano, the man who was literally responsible for getting the three point eight billion dollar project built.
